I don’t tell you what to do so much as work with you on your habits and decisions, the ones you make at home everyday. That’s where real change happens. Together we figure out what works for you at your pace and even at your place.
When you work with me you won’t be alone. I give you the support and the challenge that will help you make change. You don’t have to be alone to figure this out. Nor do you have to be perfect. It’s important you understand what works for you and what doesn’t.
We can find a way that makes for a better you – and you’re the boss on this, no-one else! You set the agenda and make your investment of time and money work for you. Your pace is what matters!
During the first sessions we’ll discuss your vision for your health, some of the obstacles that stand in your way and what you have tried already. I will help you dream of the changes you most want to see, the ones that inspire and excite you and that you will commit to. We give the coaching some structure and then you will be off completing the actions necessary to bring about those changes. Each session you report back to me how you have gone. The most crucial part is what you have learned about yourself in the process. Accountability is a really important part of coaching.
Usually I work with you each week over 12 weeks. Experience has shown that this is a good length of time to make some real change without it being too far in the future. We can discuss what fits best with your schedule and I can work with what suits you.
