Group Health Coaching
This is you and three other people who have enough in common to share, yet each with different goals. We work out what these are and support each other to achieve these. The most common denominator is self-care or the lack of it. I have found these groups create their own special bond as participants open up and trust each other.
We have ‘homework’ between sessions as well as peer coaching so that you are truly accountable for what you commit to doing. You hear from the others what they have experienced, how they have dealt with their struggles and celebrate their milestones with them.
Topics include focus, confidence, happiness, energy, balance and mindfulness.
This is definitely a fun and cost effective form of health coaching that works well. We meet together weekly for 90 mins over 8 weeks. And you will look forward to it each session!
