Group Coaching
This is for you and three other people who have enough in common to share, yet each with different goals. We work out what these are and support each other to achieve these. The most common denominator is self-care or the lack of it. I have found these groups create their own special bond as participants open up and trust each other.
Topics to learn more about include focus, confidence, happiness, energy, balance and mindfulness.
We have ‘homework’ between sessions as well as peer coaching so that you are truly accountable for what you commit to doing. You hear from the others what they have experienced, how they have dealt with their struggles and celebrate their milestones and laugh with them.
You could even get a few friends together at your place to do this.
This is definitely a fun and affordable form of health coaching that works well. We meet together weekly for 90 mins over 6 weeks
