It certainly has been for me at times even though I thought I was on the healthiest path possible for most of my life. How can you ever eat enough green veggies?? I loved them and still do, but sometimes that’s not enough. It turns out life had other ideas for me. I had a pretty serious health shock in recent years that threw me off my path. It’s scary to be told you aren’t as well as you thought you were and that life in the years ahead may not be quite as simple as you had hoped and expected.
